Senior Project Engineer

For over 23 years, Chris has provided professional design services on educational, commercial, retail and industrial projects. His experience has been focused on design from concept to final product with a strong emphasis on efficient structural design and coordinated construction documentation. Chris’ vast experience and comprehensive knowledge lends to his expertise in the development of innovative solutions to complex problems. He obtained his Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Chris is a certified professional engineer in the State of Pennsylvania as well as certified in the Practice of Structural Engineering by the Structural Engineering Certification Board (SECB).

   
David H. DePaoli, PE
Senior Project Manager

Dave brings with him 30 years of experience as President/Owner of Henry DePaoli, Inc. where he was involved in the design and construction of commercial and industrial facilities. His organizational skills, concern for detail and considerable experience in all components of construction management afford him the ability to maintain control over a project from start to finish. As Senior Project Manager, Dave consistently strives to ensure cost containment, adherence to plans and specifications, as well as focusing on progression toward a complete and successful project. He is a graduate from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Master of Science in Structural Engineering. Dave is a certified professional engineer in the State of Pennsylvania.

   
Edward T. Hogarty
CAD Design

Bringing 27 years of experience in providing CAD services, Ed has demonstrated skills that consistently generate high-quality design and detail drawings. He is able to seamlessly coordinate with the engineers on design concepts to secure quality results. Ed has experience providing design services to fabrication companies and, through in-house design, has cultivated a solid understanding of steel fabrication and automated equipment design. His diverse background in observing the end product from concept to completion, allows him to develop very precise designs.
   
Karen E. Seiler
Accounting/Finance

With a 25 year diverse background in large-scale project management and process engineering, Karen has a solid understanding of costing, scheduling and coordination with an expansive assemblage of business partners.  Knowledgeable in the multitude of industry components, Karen plays a vital role in the business economics overseeing all of the accounting, business finance, and financial services of the firm. She earned a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.
